Acceptance and scope
By using firsttensor.com or FirstTensor-operated public services, you agree to these Terms. They cover website content, wallet and staking interfaces, validator information, APIs, and the public GenesisL1 REST, consensus RPC, EVM JSON-RPC, EVM WebSocket, and gRPC endpoints. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Informational and non-custodial services
Network statistics, prices, yields, ranks, rewards, tax-return calculations, and availability indicators may be estimates, delayed, incomplete, or supplied by third parties. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Verify material information on-chain and obtain independent advice where appropriate.
Wallet actions are intended to be non-custodial. You control your wallet, keys, approvals, transactions, and fees. FirstTensor does not ask for seed phrases or private keys and cannot reverse blockchain transactions. Always verify the network, validator address, amount, fees, and destination before signing.
Public infrastructure
Public GenesisL1 endpoints are offered for reasonable wallet, application, development, explorer, and directory use. Access is provided without a service-level guarantee. FirstTensor may apply limits, block abusive traffic, change interfaces, perform maintenance, or suspend an endpoint to protect users, infrastructure, or the network.
You must not use the services to attack, overload, scan, bypass controls, distribute malware, violate law or third-party rights, expose secrets, or interfere with consensus, validators, other users, or service availability.
Blockchain and third-party dependencies
Bittensor, GenesisL1, wallets, explorers, market-data services, remote RPC providers, exchanges, and other linked services are independent. Their code, networks, terms, fees, outages, upgrades, and decisions are outside FirstTensor's control. Links do not imply a guarantee or endorsement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, FirstTensor branding, page design, original text, and site software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. You may not misrepresent affiliation with FirstTensor or reuse its branding in a misleading way.
Availability and liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, FirstTensor does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free data, a particular yield, reward, rank, tax treatment, token price, or transaction outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for your own device security, wallet backups, transaction review, legal compliance, and use of public endpoints. FirstTensor is not responsible for losses caused by compromised keys, incorrect addresses, unsupported software, network behavior, third-party services, market changes, or transactions you authorize.
Changes, law, and contact
These Terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Applicable law and forum depend on the operator's legal establishment and rules that cannot be contractually displaced; those details require confirmation before final legal publication.
